J. B. Paul
is a fiction author based out of Northern Idaho, where he lives with his beautiful wife and children. Growing up, he found adventures in all different shapes and sizes between the pages of countless books. He attempted writing his first book in his teenage years, but found problems with his first two attempts. 36,000 words in to his third, he met his soon to be wife and undertook a new adventure of his own. His thoughts of being a writer were all but forgotten as he married the love of his life and soon found that she was pregnant with their son. In 2019 just a few months before he was due, Covid was introduced to the world and Paul found himself without a job. He began to re-read his third attempt at his book, and found that it was to his liking for the first time. Later the following year, he finished the first installment of The Pirates of the Black Gem, and began writing his second book in the series. Now pursuing writing as a full time career, J. B. Paul invites you to join him on his adventures in writing and the many places it will take you.
